With a long family history in real estate development, M.E.G. Realty is locally owned by broker Maria E. Garces. Maria holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning.

M.E.G. Realty was founded when Maria split from one of the largest real estate agencies in the country. Maria wanted to focus her attention on treating each customer with the highest level of personalized service available in the industry and thus opened a boutique style real estate agency now serving Broward and Miami-Dade counties. With our unique approach to real estate, M.E.G. Realty is able to offer insight into the local market with economic and financial consulting with over 25 years of experience.
